The deal

Dev Exchange pairs you with another developer for a short video call to exchange one useful thing, then asks you both for feedback. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

Conduct

• Be a decent human. No harassment, hate, threats, nudity, sexual content, or illegal activity.
• It's not a dating app, a recruiting channel, or a sales channel. Don't use it as one.
• Don't record the other person without consent. Don't impersonate anyone.
• Don't abuse the system — no bots, no scripted joins, no gaming the reputation score.
• Feedback you submit must be honest. Malicious "Spam / Bad Actor" tagging is itself an abuse.

Enforcement

We can rate-limit, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, without notice. Your reputation score affects who you match with; a low score may mean fewer or no matches.

No warranty

Provided "as is". We don't guarantee you'll get matched, that calls will connect, or that the other person will be useful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for anything arising from your use of the service.
